It might not be too late to say "Happy New Year".
You know what? I just rethought about myself as being a teacher for more than 10 years. What happened? Well, there have been only a handful amount of research and publications which I have written in my profession, just 6 in 10 years!!! You know, people of my age have already obtained their Ph.D.'s or promoted into an executive position. What about me? Well, I'm still a teacher. ^^''
So, this new year, my resolution is... to ignite myself to work a little harder, not in terms of heavy teaching, but more research and presentations. I really have to be an assistant professor within next year and to go for a Ph.D. in the following years. This is for myself. Yes, for myself! It's not just to be recognized in the profession. It's just to satisfy my old age!
